It was the outgrowth of the need to help manage a wide variety of personal investments of a wealthy midwest investor. The investor was a senior officer and director of a large international health-care company and had more than 40 private investments that needed weekly and monthly monitoring.

As he attempted to keep a watchful eye on each of his investments, the vagaries of small private companies kept requiring his attention – interfering with his responsibilities to the health-care company. EWING & COMPANY undertook the task of monitoring and helping manage each of these private ventures – becoming the investor’s personal representative for each investment.
Over the next four years, EWING was able to provide the investor with annual returns in excess of 45% and a full return of his total private venture investment capital.

After completing the venture management assignment for the investor, it became evident that other private investors needed the service. As a result, the COMPANY began undertaking additional assignments for private individuals, family trusts and international wealth funds.
EWING has completed management assignments in the United States, France and Mauritius.
